At Paradigm Counseling Ltd., we have contract with Tapestry to provide the following mental health services:

 

*Counseling & Therapy- Family Outpatient (CT1057)
*Family Therapy (CT1230)
*Individual Counseling (CT1317)
*Mental Health Assesment (CT1318)
*Sex Offender Outpatient Counseling (CT1139)
*Therapy/Counseling for Victims of Domestic Violence (CT1144)
*Trauma-focused CBT (CT1296)
*Victim Outpatient Counseling (CT1140)
*Victim/Trauma Assesment (CT1225)

 

If you believe that you may benefit from the above services, you may either make a self-referral or receive a referral from a county agency (The Department of Children and Family Services or the Juvenile Court).
